RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
No return, Exchange ONLY. You can return the product for exchange within 30 days. All exchanges must be returned in brand new condition, with the original package, and a copy of your original invoice. ROYAL BATH PLACE has the right to refuse any returned items that have no package, are damaged, scratched, or have been Installed or used. Shipping or delivery fee's are non refundable. Customers will be responsible for all inbound and outbound freight charges.
*No Returns or Exchanges are accepted on Special order Items*
We exchange any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice within 30 days, from the date your order was picked up or delivered. All items returned for exchange, must be returned in the original package, in brand new condition.
Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged if:
- Any items that show signs that have been previously installed
- Broken or scratched items
- Items without an Invoice
- Items missing the original package
For items returned or exchanged that have to be repacked by our staff, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Items deemed defective:
ROYAL BATH PLACE gives the right to its customers to fully Inspect purchased products at the time of pick up or delivery. ROYAL BATH PLACE will not be responsible for any items that are broken, scratched, dented or mistreated, after pick up or delivery. If you receive an item that is defected, you have 48h to report any Manufacturing defects, from the date it was picked up or delivered.
