Shipping & Returns

Returns:


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To begin the return process, contact us via email at  info@royalbathplace.com. Once we have received your request we will issue you a quote for both the outbound and return shipping costs, (if the product received is incorrect or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs). Return fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us. If you have any further questions regarding the shipping process, please contact us at info@royalbathplace.com. A 25% restocking fee will occur on returns of special order items including brand name items (Delta, Moen, Toto, etc).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases the refund will be carried out quicker depending on the time taken for processing, return received from shipper (3-5 business days), return transaction processing (1-2 business days), time taken by bank to process refund (5-10 business days).


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any destination in the world. Note: there are restrictions on some products, some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping is expedited within 3-5 business days of ordering. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights
will be rounded up to the next full pound.
